University Personal Physicians offers patients the comfort and assurance of always having access to quality medical care.
An annual fee for primary care covers:
- Comprehensive annual exam
- Routine flu and pneumonia vaccines, when available
- All office visits and basic office testing
- Our part of your hospital care at Barnes-Jewish Hospital
You will need to maintain health insurance to cover costs of other tests, hospitalization, medication and other physicians’ fees.
If you are interested in becoming a patient of University Personal Physicians, please contact our office for a Prospective Patient Packet. We can only accept your patient agreement and annual payment based on space availability in our practice.
